1. WARRANTY PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Inosys Implant Solutions provides a comprehensive warranty for specific Inosys Implant
System products. This document outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for
warranty replacements (the “Warranty Program”).

2. WARRANTIES FOR TREATMENT PROVIDERS

2.1. Lifetime Warranty for Implants
Inosys guarantees to replace, free of charge, any Inosys implant that fails to remain
osseointegrated in the bone. The replacement includes the implant and the original
Inosys restorative components placed at the time of failure (with possible variations in
diameter and/or length, if clinically required).

2.2. Lifetime Warranty for Restorative Components
Inosys guarantees to replace, free of charge, any non-temporary, non-provisional
Creodent restorative component that fails. If the failure necessitates replacement of
additional Inosys restorative components or the implant itself, those will also be
replaced free of charge.

2.3. 1-Year Warranty for Inosys Abutments on Non-Inosys Implants
When an Inosys non-temporary, non-provisional abutment is used with a Non-Inosys
Implant, the warranty coverage for that abutment is limited to 1 years from the date of
placement.
 

2.4. Five or Ten Year Warranty for Inosys CAD/CAM Products
• For CAD/CAM products placed on or after February 1, 2023: 10-year warranty.
• For CAD/CAM products placed before February 1, 2023: 5-year warranty.
Inosys will also replace associated Inosys implants or restorative components
required due to the CAD/CAM product failure. Attachments and riders for
overdenture bars are excluded.

2.5. Replacement of Non-Inosys Implants
Inosys offers to replace a Non-Inosys Implant with a free Inosys implant if:
• The Non-Inosys Implant is backed by 2-year clinical data in a peer-reviewed
journal,
• An Inosys CAD/CAM product was placed on it after March 1, 2015,
• The Non-Inosys warranty is void solely due to use of Inosys components,

• Documentation of warranty denial and clinical case is provided, including x-rays
and photographs.

3. SPECIAL WARRANTY TO PATIENTS (IMPLANT BAR OVERDENTURE)
Patients with an Inosys Implant Bar Overdenture are entitled to a 5-year free
replacement guarantee. Attachments and riders are excluded.

4. SCOPE OF WARRANTIES
Warranties cover only the replacement of failed products and directly associated
components. Inosys does not reimburse treatment costs, tools, or incidental expenses.
Alternative components may be provided if originals are discontinued.

5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for warranty benefits, the Treatment Provider must:
a. Use only original Inosys surgical and prosthetic components.
b. Follow Inosys protocols and accepted clinical standards.
c. Ensure the patient maintains good oral hygiene (biannual hygiene exams
recommended).
d. Maintain an account in good standing with Inosys.
e. Follow handling, preparation, and design instructions for CAD/CAM products.
Non-compliance with any of the above voids warranty eligibility.

6. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The Warranty Program does not cover failures caused by:
• Patient trauma,
• Non-compliant treatment or hygiene,
• Temporary implant systems,
• Customized or modified products at the Treatment Provider's request.

7. CLAIM PROCEDURE
Warranty claims must be submitted online within three (3) months of failure.
• Return the failed product and components.
• For CAD/CAM products, submit the original file via Inosys CAD/CAM software
along with a completed complaint questionnaire.
 

8. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF PROGRAM
Inosys may revise or terminate this Warranty Program at any time. Changes will not
affect warranties for products placed prior to such changes.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
No additional warranties are provided beyond those in Sections 2 and 3. Inosys
disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of
income or deviation from accepted dental practices.

10. WARRANTY BENEFICIARIES
Warranties are intended solely for eligible Treatment Providers, except as explicitly
extended to patients under Section 3.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document supersedes all prior warranty agreements and applies globally across all
Inosys operations. Terms may vary in distributor markets—please consult your Inosys
representative.
